How to annoy pagans and wiccans…the Code Pink way

May 09th, 2008 | Category: Politics, Religion, The Occult

Those morons in Code Pink are casting spells against the Marines in a protest. Do these pinheads realise what the regimes they are condoning do to non-Muslims unbelievers especially pagans. I am betting some of my conservative pagans mates will not be terribly happy. They get annoyed at the assumption that all pagans/wiccans are leftie tree-hugging loons.

With any luck the spells will backfire on the Code Pink loons…Code Pink toads anyone?

Arsebishop of Cant.: Christians victims of UK and US…

April 17th, 2008 | Category: Political Correctness, Politics, ROPMA, Religion, Terrorism

Not that one could expect Rowan “Sharia” Williams would actually blame Muslims, you know the ones actually doing the deeds, for their treatment of Christians. Its always fun to try to predict the next idiocy out of the mouth of this cretin.

read more | digg story

I am still trying to figure out how its the US & UKs fault that Hamas drove Christian Palestinians out of Gaza when they took over. These people had to take sanctuary in Israel to save themselves. And what policy caused Islamists to trash a Christian sanctuary in Bethlehem a few years ago?

Update: He and Carter are getting good coverage in the Iranian press.

US: Founded on Christian Principles…

Well DC might not have been if this map has anything to do with it.

The satanic bunny that is the White House is most amusing. The whole DC is in a pagan/satanic layout thing is always interesting. Its true that DC was laid out on pattern, but that is not that unusual.

“God Damn America”

March 14th, 2008 | Category: Political Correctness, Politics, Religion

Who said this? Osama Bin Laden or some other Islamist? Nope, this is from Barack Hussein Obama’s Pastor of 20 years (who married him and baptised his children) and mentor. Rev Jeremiah Wright does not seem to be enamored with white people, America and seeing his admiration for Farrahkan…Jews.

I wonder what he thinks of Condi Rice and Colin Powell?

The good Rev. is Obama’s Fred Phelps.

The Corner has an interesting theory on why BHO remained close to the Church for so long.

American Thinker has done some digging on Obama’s relationship with Wright. Its a lot closer than Obama cares to admit these days.

More on Obama links to dubious characters.

The One Show on Sharia

February 19th, 2008 | Category: ROPMA, Religion

Naturally its “the media’s fault”; that there was a kerfuffle with the Archbishop. Funny enough there is nothing linkable on the site. The reporter stressed he could find no one that wanted it to be part of British law. Obviously he was not looking to hard then as there are a myriad of people calling for it.

At least Sir Alan Sugar is on to answer their daft questions about Jewish courts. Would anyone be shocked to know The One Show is on the BBC? No comments

Paging Rowan Williams…

February 15th, 2008 | Category: Political Correctness, Religion

Instead of speaking up to defend Sharia in your native land why not speak up for Christians, who are supposed to be your flock, in Gaza? I wonder if anyone has managed to point the bearded oik to this bit of anti-Christian news out of Gaza.

Rowan William’s favorite classic rock song…

February 12th, 2008 | Category: Political Correctness, ROPMA, Religion

“I surrender” by Rainbow

And speaking of the clueless dhimmified nitwits. Check out this letter from today’s DT.

...Opponents of multi-culturalism are in a dream world. Multi-culturalism is here to stay.

Lord Carey bangs on about the preservation of British values. A walk through any English town after 10pm on a Saturday involves an endless encounter with young people out of their minds on alcohol and drugs, fighting, swearing and throwing up.

A similar walk through Amman or Teheran or Baghdad, until the forces of Western imperialism parked their boots on the streets, involved encounters with smiling, happy, young and old, men and women, playing backgammon, drinking tea, smoking water pipes or just sitting quietly in the street watching the fun.

Which culture is healthier?

Mark Jenkins, Mildenhall, Wiltshire

I am guessing that this guy does not really care about freedom or liberty?

Peter on Williams

February 10th, 2008 | Category: ROPMA, Religion, Terrorism

Peter Cuthbertson, friend of this blog, has listed some of the Archbishop of Canterbury’s achievements in the last few years. Those who think his latest outburst is unusual for the man and are sadly misinformed. He has quite a good record of making a complete prat of himself and his office.

Johann Hari has written a rather good piece on the subject as well.

Hitchens weighs in on the matter…not looking good for Williams.

On Sharia law in the UK

January 27th, 2008 | Category: ROPMA, Religion, Terrorism

By implying that Muslims obey sharia law through fear, Dr Suhaib Hasan has been very helpful in reminding us exactly why sharia law has no place in Britain.

Oh yes and it seems that Italian scholars ”>have discovered that Christmas had pagan origins. Took them a while to admit that one.

Blair abandons CofE

December 22nd, 2007 | Category: Religion

Former PM Tony Blair has betrayed the Church of England and become a Catholic. He did the deed yesterday. He has followed the loathsome Ann Wittecombe to the Catholic Church. Somehow I think its appropriate for those two to be Catholics. Then again Blair selling out his heritage is nothing new now is it?

Then again the Arsebishop Williams led CofE is not really worth much. They seem to spend more time sucking up to Islamists than caring for their flock.

The very camp Priest on Fox seems to think Blair did this because of his belief. However I think Blair who wants “a role in Europe” realises that Catholics run the joint. He wants to make sure that he is off the faith as the vast majority of those that control Europe. Lets face it Protestants aren’t that common in mainland Europe. The EU is a Catholic dream.

Laurence on Rowan

December 21st, 2007 | Category: ROPMA, Religion, Terrorism

It seems Rowan Williams, the Arsebishop of Canterbury, is doing is base to undermine the Christian and Jewish case for the Holy Land. This time he is trying to undermine the reality of the three Magi/Kings in the Jesus story. Simon wonders aloud if Rowan actually prays to Mecca in secret in some back room.

Like Laurence I wonder why Williams isn’t questioning some of the more outlandish Muslim myths? Oh yes because he is a sycophantic arse who is a coward who only makes such statements about religions who wont kill him.

Jailed Mafia boss fathers child

October 30th, 2007 | Category: Amusements, Religion

This could be a serious case for theologists:

A notorious Italian mafioso has fathered a child from behind bars despite being denied private visits from his wife.

Raffaele Cutolo’s daughter was born after he won a legal battle to become a father through artificial insemination.

He married his wife, Immacolata, in jail in 1983. The couple never consummated their marriage.

Is the wife allowed to keep her name?

Farewell Israel?

October 27th, 2007 | Category: Anti-Americanism, Anti-Semitism/Jewery, ROPMA, Religion, Terrorism

Farewell Israel: Bush, Iran and the Revolt of Islam

This is a rather depressing and extensive documentary (145 minutes) on how badly the West and even the Jews do not get Islam at all. They routinely don’t even attempt to see the world as Islam sees and thus make loads of mistakes in dealing with Islam. We assume the best and get burnt every single damn time due to ignorance about the religion and its ultmate goals

This DVD, with a soundtrack from Bob Dylan’s backing band, tells the tale of the rise, fall and possible rise again of Islam. It tells the tale of Islam from its roots to its present behaviour. Think Robert Spencer’s books done for those who can’t be arsed to read at times meaty and esoteric tomes. Its more his Idiot’s Guide to Islam.

What is very interesting is the method in which they explain the gist of this documentary. Its done as if one is in a Mosque looking at various pieces of art on the wall; which each major point being a different picture. Chapters are set in different areas with the final prediction of all out war set in its own room.

Estras include Islamic art and the complete soundtrack in it entirety including the haunting track ‘By the Rivers of Babylon.” And no not the Boney M song.

This is a very pessimistic piece which I fear is spot on about Islam’s intentions for all of us. However, that said, this is not a subject to be taken lightly. This DVD should probably be required viewing for everyone both young and old in the West. Its blunt but equalling damning of the idiotic actions of the West and Israel when confronted by Islam.

I highly recommend this DVD to you. That is if you give a damn about what we are all up against.

Survival of the World?

In an act of amazing hypocrisy Muslim leaders have implored Christians to gang up on Jews with them band together with them. Wait a second Muslims want Christians to band together with despite the fact that Christians are being slaughtered by Muslims worldwide? Do the Muslims leaders think all Christians are that stupid? Or do they really mean this “gesture” as a thinly disguised threat?

Religious leaders on the pressing issue

July 03rd, 2007 | Category: Religion

Sir As Chancellor, Gordon Browns commitment to tackling global poverty and the passion with which he pursued change was commendable. We believe that as Prime Minister he faces an equally daunting challenge.

Climate change presents perhaps the greatest long term threat to the worlds poor and has the potential to undo decades of development efforts. Hundreds of millions face drought, floods, starvation and disease.

The UK has an historic responsibility for climate change. Rich countries account for 80% of the build up of CO2 in the atmosphere to date and the UK produces more CO2 in one year than Bangladesh has in the past 150 years.

We have a moral responsibility to act first and do the most. Scientists tell us there is a narrow window of opportunity for concerted action, if we are to avoid the most devastating impacts of climate change on the worlds poor.

We look to Prime Minister Gordon Brown to show leadership and to ensure that we in the UK do our fair share to reduce emissions, which will also provide the legitimacy to demand the same of others.

Action at home must start with a strong and effective climate bill and be followed through with concrete action across all sectors of the economy, no matter how difficult. Without this action, we can forget making poverty history – climate change will make poverty permanent.

Rt Rev John Gladwin, Bishop of Chelmsford
Rt Rev Dr Anthony Russell, Bishop of Ely
Rt Rev Peter Price, Bishop of Bath and Wells
Revd Elizabeth Caswell, Moderator of the General Assembly of the United Reformed Church
Jonathan Edwards, General Secretary Baptist Union of Great Britain
Revd Graham Carter, President of the Methodist Conference
Bishop Joe Aldred, Chair, Council of Black-Led Churches
Rabbi Danny Rich, Chief Executive, Liberal Judaism
Rabbi Dr Tony Bayfield, Head, Movement for Reform Judaism
Rabbi Jonathan Wittenberg, New North London Synagogue
Rabbi Barry Marcus, Central London Synagogue
Dr Muhammad Abdul Bari, Secretary General, The Muslim Council of Britain
Zareen Roohi Ahmed, Chief Executive, British Muslim Forum
Ramesh Kallida, Secretary General, Hindu Forum of Britain
Dr Indarjit Singh, Director, Network of Sikh Organisations
Jamie Cresswell, Chair, Network of Buddhist Organisations

Its so nice to see religious leaders getting together on an important subject that concerns us all. Do these knuckleheads not grasp the imminent danger the UK from a very human threat? I mean there isn’t even decisive truth that humans are the cause of even a small percentage of climate change. How the hell do you legislate against sun spots you fools?

You know that big yellow thing in the sky that provides warmth when its out and visible? You know the one that gives you a sun burn? You think it might have something to do with the temperature on the planet? Its so reassuring to see religious leaders encouraging irrational and ignorant ideas.

Its idiocy like this that make Christopher Hitchens and his ilk writings on religion ring even truer.

Well done Ma’am

June 19th, 2007 | Category: Political Correctness, ROPMA, Religion

Now we all know that despite the demure women some people think she is, the Queen is not exactly a woman who blanches at things. Well I was even more impressed with Her Majesty this weekend when she tapped Salman Rushdie for a Knighthood. This is a very much a two-fingered salute, in a most protocoled of ways, to the Muslims in the UK who think they can blackmail public figures to do things their way. Needless to say Muslims are already up in arms about it.

One has to wonder what Prince Charles, who has been seen sucking up to Muslims of late, thinks of the move.

After it all its her birthday and she can tap who she wants to…

Oh well that didn’t take long there is now a price on his head again and Pollard has more bad reactions.

SNN are right on this as well, as is Danny Finklestein and Hit & Run.

Shades of Al Sharpton

June 14th, 2007 | Category: Religion, Technology

The Bishop of Liverpool is all upset about Sony having the Cathedral in the game Fall of Man. He is demanding that Sony give a big donation to “counter gun violence” or he might sue them. Considering the fact that the game has someone battling evil one would think its a good thing. Watch the story and make up your own mind. Its pretty pathetic I have to say and said to see the CoE using the tactics of Sharpton and Jackson. I hope that Sony tells them to get knotted.

Fire in the closet?

June 05th, 2007 | Category: Religion

Came across a wonderful sermon by the Rev Peter Mullens of St Michael’s Church, Cornhill in the City of London. Entitled “Trial by fire” the Reverend gentleman has summarised in a nutshell everything that is wrong with the modernisers in Western Christianity – and spells out why Islam will have taken over Europe by 2037. Even those who are utterly skeptical of religion should read this sermnon carefully.

Yes, you will laugh in places, you may even guffaw at some of the imagery – I did – but you will also have cause to think deeply on the serious points he makes as he develops his theme. And he has a serious warning for us all – the fire is in the closet, and the time to put it out or contain it there is rapidly draining away. The European Millenium is now at an end, our society and our civilisation is teetering on the brink and there are indeed several million decent Muslims who see our salvation and conversion as their God given duty. We can laugh – as I’m sure the Romans did when it was suggested that their Empire was about to topple – but I hope those of you who promote secularisation so assiduously are prepared to adopt the Hijab and the baggy pants and shirts in a few years, because you won’t have much choice.

Unless Putin blows us all away first of course.

Saints and sinners

June 04th, 2007 | Category: Religion

Came across a fascinating piece on the life of Saint Patrick on the Gray Monk’s blog. We all know the legends and the hype, but the Monk has written a very well researched and thought provoking piece which is worth the effort to read. Entitled “A very human saint” it looks at the life of a man I had not given much thought to – beyond shamrocks and green beer and parades in New York for years.

And suddenly I discover a man who was campaigning against slavery in the 5th Century. As the Monk says in his piece – forget the legends, the real saint Patrick is far more interesting.

Perhaps it is fitting that we should give the real saint a bit more thought in this the 200th anniversary year of the ending of the slave trade in British ships. It is certainly worth while considering the fact that there is a flourishing trade even now in human misery. Certainly less obvious, but just as vile. Saint Patrick has definitely moved up my list of people I hold in esteem, there are quite a few around today who would benefit from taking a closer look at him themselves and trying to emulate some of his strengths.

Class From An Unexpected Source

May 17th, 2007 | Category: Politics, Religion

In an apparently more-civilized age, the Kentucky congressman and senator Henry Clay was once asked if the death of a political foe pleased him. He replied (this might be a paraphrase, as I was unable to find the quote):

No. When God puts His hand on a man’s shoulder, I take mine off.

What triggered this memory was the recent death of Jerry Falwell. The nutroots responded with their usual unbounded glee:

Jerry Falwell collapsed in his office this morning, and hes in the hospital, and hes “gravely unresponsive.”

At a time like this, people deserve sympathy and good wishes … except for Falwell, who is an evil sonofabitch.

I didn’t have much time for Falwell; but I had even less for one of his main antagonists, Larry Flynt, publisher of the repulsive Hustler. So it was a bit of a surprise to read this statement from Flynt today:

The Reverend Jerry Falwell and I were arch enemies for fifteen years. We became involved in a lawsuit concerning First Amendment rights and Hustler magazine. Without question, this was my most important battle—the l988 Hustler Magazine, Inc., v. Jerry Falwell case, where after millions of dollars and much deliberation, the Supreme Court unanimously ruled in my favor.

My mother always told me that no matter how much you dislike a person, when you meet them face to face you will find characteristics about them that you like. Jerry Falwell was a perfect example of that. I hated everything he stood for, but after meeting him in person, years after the trial, Jerry Falwell and I became good friends. He would visit me in California and we would debate together on college campuses. I always appreciated his sincerity even though I knew what he was selling and he knew what I was selling.

A graceful and—dare I say it?—almost Christian rememberance.

The Virginia Martyrdom Operation

April 19th, 2007 | Category: Anti-Americanism, ROPMA, Religion

So, Andrew Dodge’s hunch that the Virgina Tech campus massacre might turn out to be another example of Sudden Jihad Syndrome turns out to be close to the mark.

While the police and college authorities were, as Life on Mars’ Gene Hunt would put it, fannying about for two hours in the time between the first shootings and the majority of the murder spree, Seung-Hui calmly went to post a package of pictures and videos to CBS News.

In these videos, Seung-Hui reveals how he was inspired by the Koran and refers to himself as “Ishmael Ax”. Atlas shrugs posts a vid clip of the Fox News story HERE.

All the usual left wing news organisations like the BBC immediately jumped on the “Blame America” bandwagon and started ranting on about America’s gun culture. Now that the real facts are starting to emerge, like, for example, this guy was not American will they apologise and identify the real inspiration behind the mass murder?

BBC2 does Phelps’ PR

April 02nd, 2007 | Category: Religion, The Media/BBC idiocies

Louis Theroux has done a bizarre and pretty vile show on Fred Phelps and his lot. Quite while they felt the need to give these loons an airing is beyond me. Obviously they liked them a bit because they are so anti-Bush.

Theroux does his gormless in America bit quite well but still you feel that this show will only help Phelps’ cause not hurt it. Despite the fact they are a bunch of in-bred morons they do not represent anyone but themselves. I expect Theroux will be hanging out with the Kahane lot next. Isn’t it nice to know that licence fees are going to pay for this idiot to give Phelps’ mob coverage?

You know the ones that are against the cards not because of liberty issues, but because of some daft literalist reading of the Bible. They can’t even get the number of the beast right.

Book review: Moral Minority

March 01st, 2007 | Category: Political Correctness, Politics, Religion

Moral Minority: Our Skeptical Founding Fathers

Moral Minority: Our Skeptical Founding Fathers is a book that will probably set off both the Christian fundamentalists and the fundamentalist left as it seeks to tell the story of what the founding fathers of the United States truly believed theistically – or whether they believed in God at all. What is even better is the author uses these men’s own words to explain their beliefs.

For those of you that are not from the U.S., let me explain the odd problem that the founding fathers present. You see, there are two groups that seem to want to adopt them – both actually rather wrong in their presumptions. One faction is the Christian fundies/evangelicals who continually try to convince us that the founding fathers were Christians bent on founding the U.S. as a Christian country. On the other hand, you have radical fundamentalist secularist/atheists who try to portray them as avid athiests who would have said so but didn’t, as they were in fear of persecution.

Don’t they remember the temple?

February 06th, 2007 | Category: Anti-Semitism/Jewery, Religion

There is yet another collection of leftie Jews lining up to trash Israel right on the heals of that Margolis creature. How about doing the right thing and standing up for Israel for a change? Don’t these twits realise the Second Temple fell to the Romans because the Jews inside were divided? Don’t they realise that there is a country that is planning to wipe Isreal off the map?
