Moral relativity in a flim review…
How can we, within a space of minutes, feel adult sympathy for a hunted Jewish family and then childish glee when a Nazi’s skull is crushed with a baseball bat? The one cancels out the other.
Via: First Post who have collated the reviews of Inglorious Bastards. I am sure for most people watching a genocidal Nazi die know its not akin to watching the plight of a Jewish family you know who would die, in probably a far worse manner, as they escape.
John Boot, over at PJM, is far more positive about this movie.
