Not that one could expect Rowan “Sharia” Williams would actually blame Muslims, you know the ones actually doing the deeds, for their treatment of Christians. Its always fun to try to predict the next idiocy out of the mouth of this cretin.
I am still trying to figure out how its the US & UKs fault that Hamas drove Christian Palestinians out of Gaza when they took over. These people had to take sanctuary in Israel to save themselves. And what policy caused Islamists to trash a Christian sanctuary in Bethlehem a few years ago?
Update: He and Carter are getting good coverage in the Iranian press.

That’s strange; I don’t know why that Rowan guy’s Anglican followers are having such a hard time in the Holy Land these days (or if they even are, in fact), because we Lutherans are doing just fine:

And while the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Jordan and the Holy Land (”Never bombed yet!”) does have some critical things to say about certain actions and policies of Israel which have swollen the congregation’s refugee ranks, there is no anti-Semitic screed and certainly no anti-American crap on their website or in their church in order to kiss up to the scummy likes of Hamas. Yet the Lutherans haven’t been bombed (a sick joke has it that it is professional courtesy over the holocaust, but I don’t believe that for one minute — many German resistance leaders were Lutheran pastors).
Can the Anglicans somehow toss this Rowan clown over the side? I wonder if new leadership for the Anglicans is the answer to this perceived problem, if it is a problem.
