The brother of a man who shot six people in a Missouri city hall because he was frustrated with the bureaucracy just tried to blame his actions on the war in Iraq live on Fox News. Wonder if the fact he was dressed like someone from the N.O.I. had anything to do with his outrageous statement. The interviewer was just stunned by the statement.
