I’d realease foot and mouth into the US, Aus and UK herds.
The damage to the US economy in particular would be astronomical.
Fortunately I’m not that way inclined but as a former employee of DEFRA - one who was requisitioned to Pirbright during the last outbreak - I know how easy this would be to do.
Of course they don’t really understand that bioterroism directed at animals could be as damaging as that directed at humans, so they don’t tend to take such strong precautions.
Yep, that is certainly a problem. I have to say I am not as upset some about the NYC’s exercise. Security types reading that might have not have thought of all the possible ideas and thus will have even more information.
I would work tirelessly to bring the Olympic project in on time and budget, without plundering the National Lottery Good Causes tea caddy money box. This should bring on mass cardiac seizures and mental collapse, triggered by hysteria and incredulity. We’re talk tens of millions of casualties here!
