On Monday I travelled from Boston to London on a rather new BA 777 and what a joy it was to behold. This is a really modern aircraft that is fast, efficient and comfortable. The 777 is so much better built that those rubbish airbuses is rather hard to describe. I have come to the conclusion that if I can fly a Boeing on a BA when I cross the pond I will only fly BA.
Getting stuck on one of those rubbish Airbuses on Virgin does not make for a pleasant journey. I am probably even going to join BA’s frequent flyer program. Sorry Richard, your airline has gone to pot as you wander off pratting around with Al Bore.

A group of journalists have made a short film about Chavez and his blatant actions to supress freedom of expression and speech in his country. You can find it on Free TCTV blog where you can also sign a petition against the actions of Chavez. As we know there are lots of people who don’t seem to care what he does as long as he is slagging off the US. I fear for the stability of Venezeula and the entire region with Chavez in charge.

Now I know got at least a few musicians who read this blog, not all of whom are in my band. So the following might be up their street. Or rather it might be of use to them if there is anyone they know bugging them to learn piano. Its amazing how often people bug musicians to get cheap lessons from them. This is a pretty neat email concept and its great to see email being used to help those keen on learning to play music.
