Lagwolf & Lair show…

Category: Lagwolf & Co Show

If you missed the Skypecast here is a link to the show. Learn about the terrorists in Second Life and how they seek to defend you behaviour. It makes for interesting listening it has to be said. Some of their reasoning would not be out of place in the Gaza strip. Have a listen and decide for yourself.

Update: We will sort out a host for the file today. Sorry if anyone tried to dl it and didn’t get it.

If you’re wondering why the link in the post doesn’t work, it’s due to my negligence in informing Andrew of my expectations regarding the hosting of the file.

I’m sure that he’ll get it all fixed up and may perhaps delete this comment later. :)

Take a step back. You’re calling people who bother you on a video game “terrorists” and equating their actions to “terrorism?”. Why don’t you talk to the families who lost people in New York, Madrid and London and see if they agree with you. Tell the soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan that they need to come home so they can protect your computer from terrorism.

Frankly, it’s insulting to all of the above that you would equate a video game to actual, real-world terrorism.

It shows a lack of perspective, frankly. I can only wonder if it’s from you being very lucky throughout your life and thus having no experience of real “terror”, or just being so insulated from the real world that you have no sense of perspective anymore.

Frankly, it’s shocking and disgusting either way.

I wonder if you listened to the show and found out what motivates these people. I think you might hold judgement until you have done so. Listen to what anonymous has to say, really has to say.

I brought up the “terrorism” term a few times in the chat… sounds more like generic criminal harassment.

However, towards the end, he brought something up that had me yelling at my muted mike for a minute.
