Another possible presidential candidate has decided that he won’t run.
Senator Evan Bayh (D IN), has announced that he will not seek the 2008 Democratic nomination. A number of other Democratic candidates have been making moves towards their decisions whether to run or not by starting exploratory committees, including former North Carolina Senator and 2004 Vice Presidential candidate John Edwards.
Bayh is the third Democrat to announce that he wouldn’t seek the 2008 nomination.

Tune in this evening for the next episode of the Lagwolf & Lair show starting at 8pm gmt/3pm est. This week we have a few interesting things to chat about including the sitting Prime Minister of Great Britain getting interview by the police and various other things. We will have news from the electronic world and the physical world. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out as per normal.
The other bit of press I am doing is the my next appearance on 18 Doughty Street this Thurs for the last couple of hours. Needless to say even 18 Doughty Street will be loath to stick me on afore the 9 o’clock watershed lest I scare the kiddies that might be watching. Despite the late hour and the various degree of success getting home; I do rather enjoy sitting on the couch and havin’ a natter about what is going on the political world.
BTW I have actually won the weekly challenge for a change on Rehab. Pete Doherty showed up for good measure.

Well you know I am a bit of car enthusiast from some of my posts on this blog. I am not just a petrolhead and am rather interested in diesel performance as well. I am seriously thinking about a diesel car the next one I get. And diesels are no longer the pokey things like the Peugeot 504 diesel I drove in my mid-teens. You can now get diesel car/truck engines to pump out up to 700+ hp. There are chipping systems, turbos and other solutions to tweak yer diesel to get the most out of it. Of course I am partial to Dodge Diesel Performance but I assume some might be interested in Ford Diesel Performance as well.
