Stay And Lose
While presidential hopefuls have been making the rounds here in New Hampshire, it has been more at the behest of local candidates running for federal or state offices. The heavy campaigning for the 2008 nomination won’t start until after the November elections. However, that hasn’t stopped one of them from taking potshots at President Bush while he was campaigning for some of the local Democrats.
Senator John Kerry (DMA) took the opportunity today to blast President Bush on Afghanistan and Iraq while stumping for Democratic Congressional candidates, claiming that his sources in the CIA have told him that we’ve abandoned all efforts in Afghanistan and have taken a Stay and Lose posture in Iraq.
It seems that Kerry’s take on the situation in both countries is far different than everybody else’s, including the governments in Afghanistan and Iraq.
But we must remember that he is thinking of running for President again.
