GoD on Coke’s site
We have 4 tunes on the new Coke Music site. Thanks to Mater for pointing the site out to me.

I am rather glad I waited until I could watch it at home. I would have been fairly annoyed had I paid movie prices to see the thing. It was not horrid in a Matrix II/III sort of way but it was not that great either. It was, like most of their films, high on style and weak on plot. The movie just didn’t move me in the way it should have.

Cooking Recipies and a Baking Community can be found at Baking Nation. It might be a good idea for me to start visiting these sites as I will be expected to cook for Kim once we start living together full time. I already have done a few times but I tend to stick to things like pasta and other fairly easy things. I would like to learn how to be a bit more varied in my cooking skills having not bothered learning while living alone and eating out as often as I do. I actually find eating at home rather enjoyable these days as it is possible to get sick of eating out all the time. I might even learn how to make my own garlic bread.
Over keen Asatruist to be executed…
This guy offered up a fellow inmate in tribute in front of the altar. Surely he is confused and is in fact worshiping Cthulhu? It is interesting to see that white inmates are drifting to the religion of many of the “black metallers” in Norway and Sweden. This lot spent the 90s killing each other while churning out nasty brutish metal.
For more info on the Norwegian nutters I would recommend the book: Lords of Chaos.

If you want to save some money while you are shopping online then there is a site for you. The site features online coupon(s) and promo codes from major internet retailers. Its a good site to hit before you head off round the internet for your online purchases. No cutting and pasteing either which is a great plus for those of us that never quite remember to take our paper versions with us. Head over and bookmark; make it part of your online shopping return.
Here It Goes Again
I first thought that the song was called “On Treadmills” because that’s the title that comes up on the video. You know, a deeply philosophical treatise, something like John Stuart Mill’s On Liberty, but with more exercise equipment.
I should have known better. The band is OK Go; the song is “Here It Goes Again”; and the treadmills are mere stage machinery.
If these guys ever decide to stop writing catchy pop music, they may have a future as a professional synchronized swimming team.

As you lot probably know I am fond of the 2nd Amendment in the US and quite enjoy going out with my lawyer and shooting his guns at his local range. I have posted shots of me on this blog firing a myriad of weapons; well not as often as some bloggers but whenever I go shooting. Quite often I get into discussions on the gun law in the US & the UK on both sides of the Atlantic. One subject that comes up quite a bit is keeping guns out of the hands of criminals. Right now in the UK they criminals are armed and the populace has been disarmed. Surprisingly, to the politicians at least, the rate of gun crime has shot up.
