Good to see a legislator taking poor Lance’s case up. I think the bullying suit is and will backfire further on those that launched it. It would be ironic if WKP that launched the idiotic legal action is removed because of the attention the suit is getting. Their lawyers are probably taking a lot of heat right now for suggesting this course of action.
Update: After an editorial in the Boston Globe the WKP have unconditionally surrendered and withdrawn the suit. Welll done MBA and all the bloggers who have taken up the cause in their support of Lance Duston.

Just passed word on about Lance’s victory to a fellow who hadn’t gotten word yet. Thing is, he originally got word of the suit from me. So yes, I’d say word got around.
