Speaking of punishment…Moussaoui
I cannot tell you how annoyed I am that the jury did not give that scumbag the death penalty. Some of the excuses for not doing so are amazingly daft. I mean he would not be a martyr if he was executed; he would be a martyr if he died taking people out. Dieing solo would not do it. And the fact the American taxpayer has to pay 100,000 a year to keep him alive is just despicable. Wouldn’t it be wiser to spend that money on more border guards, better security or a few more FBI agents?
What you bet there is going to some DU types petitioning to get the guy out of prison on some spurious grounds? And do we not think that he will get his mad paranoid ramblings out to the media somehow?

I don’t know. Think about the marriage proposal he, as an eligible bachelor(ess) will get from his new roommate Bubba.
And no possible way to refuse it. Than think periodical divorces, new proposals, broken hearts… Reaching the number 72 will be more challenging and will definitely take more time than in that special heaven for martyrs.
Don’t say there is no poetic justice. The dreck may wish he were snuffed in a relatively short time.
Alas he will be in solitary so no such luck.
