The Royal Mail is bloody useless according to a new report. The fact they are unable to use the knocker on my door to deliver an important package to me this morning is just one example. The fact the only place to pick the bloody thing up is in SE25 is another and the fact you can’t get through on the phone is yet another. Oh yes and one you do the peasant on the other end hangs up on you if you even suggest a criticism. The Queen should pull her name from that lot as they are a complete & utter disgrace.
