Mark Steyn, yet again, tells it like it is whether you like or not. Of course demographics, to many on the left, is a racist term.
Of course, my friends and I are part of the problem. We are all in our 30s (some nearer 40) and none of us have children. Wonder how many Muslim 30-somethings in the UK can say the same? I am guessing very few indeed.

The site called NewsBump interesting concept. I wonder how it will work; but its certainly worth have a gander at to be sure. I rather like this story.

Nationalist socialist leader Hugo Chavez is ranting against Jews…again. Tim Blair has the details on his latest outburst. Not exactly the most shocking news. He seems to be jealous that cretin head of Iran is getting all the “good” press.
Colby responds to Chavez apologists.
Update: And on a similar subject a former UN Fellow (who lives in the US) thinks Iran’s Loon in Chief is spot on about his comments on the Holocaust.
Dr. Sindi: “I agree wholeheartedly with President Ahmadinejad. There was no such a thing as the ‘holocaust.’ The so-called ‘holocaust’ is nothing but Jewish/Zionist propaganda. There is no proof whatsoever that any living Jew was ever gassed or burned in Nazi Germany or in any of the territories that Nazi Germany occupied during World War II. The holocaust propaganda was started by the Zionist Jews in order to acquire worldwide sympathy for the creation of Israel after World War II.
Might I suggest that this evil piece of excrement find his way to an airplane heading to Saudi soon and if not be helped in that direction by the authorities?

Sirlin is spot on when it comes to PvsP in World of Warcraft. It has lots of lame aspects to it but it is still damn good fun to play when you get the right numbers.
Great blog/site found via my ole’ muckers at Catallarchy. Added to blog-roll.

mary, mary, quite contrary
how does your garden grow?
with silver bells and cockle shells
and pretty maids all in a row
This garden requires no green thumb; just a twitchy right index finger.
Hmmm. This I did not know:
The Mary alluded to in this traditional English nursery rhyme is reputed to be Mary Tudor, or Bloody Mary, who was the daughter of King Henry VIII. Queen Mary was a staunch Catholic and the garden referred to is an allusion to graveyards which were increasing in size with those who dared to continue to adhere to the Protestant faith – Protestant martyrs. The silver bells and cockle shells referred to in the Nursery Rhyme were colloquialisms for instruments of torture. The ‘silver bells’ were thumbscrews which crushed of the thumb between two hard surfaces by the tightening a screw. The ‘cockleshells’ were believed to be instruments of torture which were attached to the genitals!
No wonder I’ve always hated gardening.
