What’s going on?
If you are wondering why there has been a dearth of posts on this blog and over at Liberty Cadre over the last few days I can explain. I have been putting the finishing touches on a tale for Chaosium as well as finishing off another for Temple of Dagon. Needless to say the trackback spam d.o.s. attacks have not helped matters for any of us including our beloved bloghost Kathy. It is because of this that several other projects of ours have been on hold this week. G.o.D. has secured DisgracefulMusic.com for its soon-to-be-launched website which John has designed. It will feature clips of our music as well as bios and band news. Wolfie is working on a project, too, that has been held up by various factors. I am heading off with him to West Wales again, no doubt I will have pics of our bizarre adventures on Monday.
Meanwhile, while I galavant in the land of sheep and rugby, John and Rob are going to be finishing off the music for the tracks for the album. We are still looking for a drummer…well another one… John plays them rather well, but we don’t want him having to do all the bloody instruments in the studio, now, do we?
Update (on Sunday): Jon Pearce has become the second member of the band to become engaged.

It seems that Charles is actually going to marry Camilla. It’s about time he made that long-suffering woman his wife. I might just go along to any public event celebrating the marriage. And boy, will this annoy Dianophiles; I can’t wait.

Bakr, who passed himself off as Adnan, fell head over heels for Sanaa, who signed off as Jamila (beautiful) and described herself as a cultured, unmarried woman – a devout Muslim whose hobby was reading, Petra said.
Cyber love blossomed between the pair for three months and soon they were making wedding plans. To pledge their troth in person, they agreed to meet in the flesh near a bus depot in the town of Zarqa, northeast of Amman.
The shock of finding out their true identities was too much for the pair.
Upon seeing Sanaa-alias-Jamila, Bakr-alias-Adnan turned white and screamed at the top of his lungs: “You are divorced, divorced, divorced” – the traditional manner of officially ending a marriage in Islam.
“You are a liar,” Sanaa retorted before fainting, the agency said.

Has anyone noticed the strange goings on with a certain Ms Rice. The first Black woman to attain high office has been greeted with gritted teeth in Europe. We’ve had the first Black minister, first Black Oscar winner, first Black film directer, first Black carpet cleaner, the list goes on. But come the world’s second most powerful person, who’s Black and female, feminists and race baiters fall silent. So much for equal rights.
