Goings-on in blogdom

Murray (who else?) has come up with the perfect un-PC Christmas present. If I wore t-shirts it would right up there on my list. Meanwhile over at Samizdata, David has rustled up a whole mess of agrro by taking exception to the guilt-fest that is the new Band-Aid single.

Meanwhile, He who never links to us Damian has a piece wondering how The Independent would react if it were in the Star Wars universe.

It’s that time of the week and the 54th Symphony is up for your enjoyment. The Bonfire is Feste(ring) away for the week. The Carnival is now on show for all.

Over at Fist Full of Euros they are holding a blog award event. Why don’t you pop in and nominate your fave blogs in each catagory.

Colby Cosh has written a small piece on the death of Dimebag Darrell.

The Blogburst for Israel, set to take place in January, is gathering apace. If you are interested they have a website with details.

Finally if you ever wanted to see what happens when you fire at a tank with an AK and they return fire...via: Paul.

Meanwhile, Iain has a new personal logo, which you can buy on merchandise< ./a>

Re: T-shirt – boy, talk about obscure humor. Even I had to go Wikipedia-spelunking for Outremer, and I know more history than the average American.

Maybe Murray could start a line of shirts hawking the liberation of centuries-gone nations like the Kingdom of Sicily or Provencal or Livonia. Or Texas :-)

Decades-old instead of centuries-old, in the case of that last example.
