Another thing for the UN to screw up…
If you think they are bad at world politics, imagine how they could bugger up exopolitics.
One has to wonder if they French have a beacon in space that surrenders to any potential alien invader. No doubt containing some rubbish that they speak for the world and that French is the dominant language of terra.

Nah! Anything that we can contact will have been watching us,they will approach the dominent species,cats and dogs.
