Blogs react to Spanish result
The reaction from most bloggers has been less than positive. They will no doubt be incensed by the idiotic comments coming from Spain’s new Prime Arse Minister.
First of all, there is a good round-up of reaction over at Tim’s blog. The 100 comments are sure to multiply several-fold.
Andrea’s reaction is blunt and to the point. Well. I say: good riddance. She is not terribly impressed by their fair weather friend type attitude of our Iberian-based former allies.
Meanwhile Michele has declared victory for Dhimmitude. Paul has not only expressed his feelings on the matter, but has included the election results. Silent Running has several pieces about the outcome, including a rather good one from Wind Rider.

A school district in Ohio is sending a wonderful message to those who are being bullied. If you report your tormentors, you face expulsion. And people wonder why events like Columbine happened? Since the administration is no help, why not take matters into your own hands, especially since you will get expelled anyway.
The administrators responsible for this latest travesty should be either fired or face a severe reprimand. Either that, or Alicia Kinsey’s parents should sue them until their pips squeak. If the teacher’s union defends the administrators, sue the union as well.
The comments under the excellent post are worth reading as well.

Maybe I don’t get out enough, but I’ve noticed a new — new to me, at any rate — trend of companies advertising with Flash and other online games.
The corporate tie-in with video games is of course nothing new; from games piggybacking on popular movies (Lord of the Rings, Spiderman) or product placement or signage in sports and racing games (Electronic Arts refuses to say how much money it makes this way, take that as you will).
It works the other way too, with gaming companies paying licence fees for trademarked names and endorsement.
Now these. I think it could prove quite effective for both parties: low cost advertising and increasingly-professional games.
So, from the soon-to-be-released movie Dawn of the Dead, a zombie shooter.
And a Pacman-style game where the power dots are Lipton’s Cup of Soup.

Well the last time I went to an AISH event in the city, several people thought I was a member of the tribe.
This won’t surprise the more trollish of our readers who think I am a “Mossad agent” or a “Zionist tool”.
