Paul on “moderate” ROPMA members

Category: ROPMA

A blogger has taken exception to Paul’s recent comments on ROPMA and their enablers. The person in question delinked Paul and had a good bleat, but didn’t have the courage to tell Paul. What is especially funny is the bleat was about Americans, of which Paul is not, alas.

Oh well, mate, at least you know we are behind you for telling it like it is.

The row continues apace. Paul has had a ludicrous response from his critic and he rightly fisks it within an inch of its sorry life.

Oh, and, for the sake of accuracy, she hadn’t delinked me, I flushed her first.

A little while ago, I quoted Paul Jané in an article. One of my regular readers took exception to the quote in a comment. Paul, in turn, took exception to the comment on the quote. The whole thing sort of escalated from there with trackback links to Ai…

One random comment and this is what it starts, huh? Kindly check up my blog first. A link to or from my blog does not hamper anything in my scheme of things, but it sure does make the blogging world talk about.

If I did not have the courage I wouldnt have left behind a URL. I did not read the post in question on Paul’s site and read it elsewhere where it was pretty much completely posted. Why I should have informed Paul, I don’t understand.

Yes, I do not agree with his views or the majority view on his blog, but in my opinion that is not enough to delink or stop reading views that are not similar to mine. If people choose not to read my views or my blog, much happiness to them.

My arguments or my stand is not stupid, insufficiently explained or debated maybe and a rather half-hearted attempt at that, but not stupid.

As far as I am concerned, I have done my share of explaining on forums and blogs that matter to me and I will not be commenting on this issue anymore. All I hope is that if people want to play fair, they should be fair themselves.
