Theresa May & Co sell out IDS to the press

October 13th, 2003 | Category: UK Politics

Theresa May and her bag-carrier Dr Venessa Gearson, have sold out IDS to the BBC. May’s performance on Newsnight was an pathetic and unconvincing defence of her boss. We all know she is behind it, Mark Mardell was not willing to admit his sources, but he made it pretty obvious. I have always said CCO was behind the knee-capping of IDS, now we know it to be true. Tomorrow’s Newsnight promises more revelations about l’affaire from Michael Crick.

Rush is a hypocritical arsehole

October 13th, 2003 | Category: Drugs

Over at the Right Wing News, the pro-drug war warriors are rallying behind behind Rush. He admitted he had a problem, so it’s fine that he was an addict as well as denouncing others who use drugs and believe in the right to self-medicate. My disdain for this fat piece of excrement is well known, and I posted further comments in the comments section of the post.

The prat slams all those who support medical marihuana while easing his own pain with drugs. So, according to Rush it’s alright for him to do this, but someone who is suffering from cancer or a degenerative disease should be slammed into prison for breaing the law. What a total arsehole. Let’s hope the war on drugs hammers him very hard so he knows what it feels like.

Why the conference will translate into votes

October 13th, 2003 | Category: Politics

The 5% lead over Labour is an excellent start to a long, uphill 2-year (maybe 3-year) battle that could culminate in the toppling of this “double-dealing, deceitful, incompetent, shallow, inefficient, ineffective, corrupt, mendacious, fraudulent, shameful, lying government”. The conference and its radical raft of policies will translate into votes – and eventually victory.

Flargh gets a stiffy…

October 13th, 2003 | Category: Technology

Flargh has gotten ahold of a TV projector and is loving life. Nothing like the prospect of Michael Moore’s girth covering your entire wall to make technology seem useful.

Celebs as politicos

Wonder which celebs might run for office? Well the readers of FARK have come up with some rather pithy ideas.

Ways of capturing Hastur.

October 13th, 2003 | Category: Nutty stuff

An unusual method to be sure; beats spending hours reading the Necronomicon, though. Just make sure your drunk mates don’t knock the lava lamp over, ‘cause Hastur is probably a tad miffed.

Dodgeblogium will, in the next few days, be completing a change of hosting service; it will soon be hosted at Blog House, with excellent service provided by a long-time friend of Dodgeblogium, Kathy Kinsley, of On The Third Hand fame.

You should not see anything untoward during this move, but we are all very pleased to be going to such a fine location.

Muslims demand allied withdrawl from Iraq…

October 13th, 2003 | Category: ROPMA

Delegates to the world’s largest gathering of Islamic nations opened their biggest meeting in three years Saturday with calls for the eviction of U.S. troops from Iraq and fears the recent Israeli air strike against Syria could spark a larger Mideast war. ... The gathering of the 57 countries in the Islamic Conference, the world’s biggest Muslim political grouping, is its first regular summit since the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks on the United States brought terrorism to the centre of world politics …. Host Malaysia, led by blunt-spoken Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad, attempted to keep the U.S.-picked Iraqi council from taking the seat formerly held by Saddam Hussein’s government, viewing the council as puppets.” (10/11/03)

Allah together now

October 13th, 2003 | Category: Religion

If you haven’t seen it yet, check out Allah Is In The House. It’s as politically incorrect as you can get; and it’s also as funny as hell.

I also think that the professional Muslim whiners are going to try to get it shut down, and I’ll also bet that Blogspot caves.

50 Shekel is in da Shul

October 13th, 2003 | Category: Music

Yes 50 Cent has got a parody in the form of 50 Shekel. This, of course, is in the spirit for that great 80s band “Gums n Roses”, a Jewish equivalent to Axl & Co. I am wondering whether 50 Cent, the ego that he is, who has managed to have hits out on his sorry arse, will find the humour in this.

Not only that but there are reports on the internet than Hinduism and Judiasm will be merge and become HINJEWS.
