A Wee Sneer From The Den….....
MommaBear has learned that one of the cable channels in the UK is now running the old episodes of Yes, Minister. At the same time, on this side of the wee lochan, the PBS stations are also running these same shows. It is both amazing and appalling how well they stand the test of time. They were way more than true to form when they were first produced. It is so discouraging to think that things not only have not improved but actually gotten worse. Politicians and bureaucrats are still the same grave menace to people as they were then, portrayed with cutting accuracy. When will the populace wake up!
