Uh oh, it seems my days are numbered if this lot have their way. They want to blow up the moon and destroy lycanthropes everywhere. They have a London chapter; however, these glory hounds foolishly allowed a pictures of themselves to be posted on the site.

Fortunately, due to strict UK gun laws, they are probably having a hard time getting a gun and the silver bullets to kill me! The UK is not only a haven for Islamic terrorists and their supporters, but a haven for lycanthropes as well! It now seems that Warren Zevon’s Werewolves of London was a rallying cry to werewolves worldwide; to come to London. It all fits.

This probably explains why they are doing a Buffy spin-off set in England called “Ripper”.

Mark Steyn does its again with his recent piece on 9/11. Like him I managed 10 minutes +/- of watching 9/11 coverage before getting sick of it.. It was twee and mawkish for the most part. Why media types felt the need to interview other media types all the time is beyond me. I never understood why they felt the need to repeatedly show the images of that terrible day. Was it all done as if for the one person in the UK that was living in a cave for the last few years? Who has any need of that stuff ad infinitum? Even the worst images lose their impact if shown over and over again.

Here is hoping next year’s anniversary will be a bit more low key.

A Smile From The Den….....

PoppaBear and MommaBear have returned from the “woods”. Actually, it was the Green Mountains of Vermont. Part of the visit was to take part in a very personal memorial activity for a cousin departed some years ago who is remembered each year by a special blanket awarded to the winner of a harness race at The Tunbridge World’s Fair. That fair is the very essence of a particular form of a truly American specialty, so it seemed a fitting way to memorialize and recognize the tragic events of last year and perpetuate our way of life that some of those al Qaeda monsters sought to destroy.
